There are no major banks in Kamala but Currency exchange centres operate from several locations along the main road from 8.00am to 9.00pm, seven days a week including holidays. Most major hotels will provide some exchange services also. There is also an ATM machine inside the grounds at Phuket Fantasea, in the north end the town.
